Nationwide Delivery (7-21) Business Days):

Threshold delivery is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to the threshold of your front door or garage. Upon delivery, the delivery men will unload the merchandise from the truck, bring it to the threshold of your front door or garage so you can inspect the merchandise. No stairs are included. Please note that this service will not be performed if the unit does not fit through the main door or entrance. Additional fees will be applied if the door must be taken off of the hinges. Additional fees will apply if you have stairs.  Installation services are sold separately.

How Will My Item(s) Be Delivered?

For items over 75 lbs., you can expect call from a trucking representative schedule a delivery date and time. For Ground Delivery, your item will be unloaded from the truck and brought to the curb of your house or to your garage.

Delivery company will call you to provide you with the date and time for the delivery, they will give 3-6 hour window for the delivery date and time.

  • Courteously call 1 Hour before delivery
  • Equipment to safely lower Product from the truck to the ground
  • Delivery of product placed just inside your preferred entrance
  • Delivery service for trucking orders is to the garage or entrance of the house with no steps, unless otherwise ordered at the time of the delivery.

Common Carrier Ground Delivery (7-21) Business Days:

Ground Delivery is basic shipping service. The product will be shipped out via UPS, USPS, FedEx or a common trucking carrier.

White Glove Delivery (7-21) Business Days):

White Glove Delivery is a special service that is safest for large and overweight items. This service is a fully insured type of shipping which includes delivery to the room of your choice first floor. Upon delivery, the delivery men will unload, uncrate, unpack and deliver the product on the first floor so you can inspect the merchandise. Packing materials will be collected and placed into your disposal area. Please note that this service cannot be completed if the unit does not fit through the door.

Delivery company will call you to provide you with the date and time for the delivery, they will give 3-6 hour window for the delivery date and time.

  • Equipment to safely lower Product from the truck to the ground
  • Comprehensive Physical Inspection Form
  • Position of the item in the home according to homeowner's specifications
  • Removal of packaging, subject to your request

Under rare circumstances, depending on the items, delivery might take an extra 5-10 business days. Which includes special orders, far West Coast or Remote areas.  

RETURNS
Canal Furniture takes every step possible to ensure your orders arrive in the best condition possible. All shipments should be inspected upon delivery, and any claim should be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Items that are not damaged are subject to a 25% restocking and original shipping cost to ship to customer and cost of return to our warehouse. Returns must be approved by Manager.  Notification of return must be made no later than 24 hours after receipt of merchandise and must be approved before processing. 

Product photos offer an approximation of the product color, items may have a slight variation. This may be due to your screen settings, lighting conditions, etc. Should the customer like to return the product due to color variation, they are responsible for the afore mentioned fees and return shipment. Merchandise must be in original delivered condition, never assembled. 

A storage fee of $250 per week will be payable. Storage fees will be invoiced to you on a weekly basis until delivery has been completed and are payable prior to final delivery. If there is no one available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transport and re-delivery costs.

Special Orders are not refundable and cannot be returned.

Shipping and assembly charges are not refundable. Buyer responsible for repackaging and return transportation. In its original packaging, with no signs of use, wear or damage. Upon receipt, Canal Furniture will inspect the package for any damage and reserves the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return.

WARRANTY

5-Year Additional Warranty

Most items are covered with a 1-year store limited-warranty. This warranty covers normal residential usage and does not cover commercial usage. This warranty includes parts, not labor.
