Important Delivery & Installation Information
- Beds with oversized headboards, particularly King and California King models, should be positioned against or close to a wall for optimal stability and support.
- Due to European safety regulations, Italian-made mirrors do not include wall-mounting hardware or wall anchors. These items are readily available at most local hardware stores.
- In the unlikely event of shipping damage, all claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be subject to freight exchange charges at the customer's expense.
- Please inspect all packaging carefully and verify that all hardware has been removed before discarding any boxes or packing materials.
- Deliveries to second-floor or higher walk-up locations (buildings without an elevator) may be subject to additional delivery charges.
Installation Services
- Professional installation services are available throughout most of the East Coast, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Florida, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Please contact us regarding installation availability in other areas.
- Wardrobe installation may require additional scheduling and pricing. Please contact us for details.

White Glove Delivery
- White Glove Delivery includes placement in first-floor residences or buildings with elevator access. Additional fees may apply for deliveries to higher floors, walk-up buildings, or locations requiring special handling.
- Customers are responsible for preparing the delivery path prior to arrival. Please protect floors, walls, doorways, and other surfaces. Our delivery team cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from insufficient clearance or unprotected areas.
Headboard Lighting
- If your bed includes an optional illuminated headboard, please note that electrical installation or connection of the lighting system is not included with delivery or assembly services. If you have any questions, please contact us before delivery.
